What was the highlight of Travel Hostel

Basic accommodation (if you find it with good price)

The room was clean and the offer you cleaning the room service. The shared toilet was OK, very clean in the early morning, not so clean in the afternoon (they should do a second cleaning in the mid-day). The give you free water and toilet accessories. Good location, not perfect, due it a 10 minutes walking to any MRT station.

The staff was so serious, just "correct" but not helpful or friendly. Was much more friendly the cleaning staff than the reception staff! The shared toilet needs to be cleaned twice per day. 10 minutes walking to any MRT station. We missed a small table and/or chair in the room.

Cheap good location and clean!

Was in a shared bath room with no window. Pros: room was bright and really clean. Small room but good enough for me was just there to sleep. Toilet was really clean and nice too. Great location. Close to Taipei main station. Front desk was very nice. Cheap and can pay by credit card. Was gonna stay for only one night and ended up extending one extra

Cons: nothing much. Would be nice with window maybe. Haha

24-hour Check-in

At first, I worried about check-in after midnight because my flight would arrive at midnight, so I contacted the property and the staff told me the property offers 24-hour check-in. That's why I choose this hotel.

Great location which is very close to the MRT exits, eateries, walking distance to Ximending, and friendly staff.

Don't like the eating space at the lobby. The table is dirty, after the previous guests ate there, some food particles and drinks were spilled, there was no cleaning servce to clear the table. Also, the light is dim. The staff at front desk switch on the music with high pitch tone, so it is not a good place for those whom like to sit down there for reading or to plan our journey. Also, the room (I stayed in a female single) does not have enough facility to hang the clothes and no chair - although i understand it is a hostel, but we still need a few basic facilities. Overall, this property is suitable for travellers who just need a place to sleep and shower; if there are certain days when you would like to stay at your room, reading, plan your journey, or business travellers, the environment might not comfortable for you

Great hotel with great location

Pretty close to walk to both Taipei Main Station (south side) and Ximending area. The hotel provided a shower towel, a toothbrush set, a razor, a bottle of water, and a slipper; great.

Our room was at the end of the hallway and the wifi signal, though we can connect, is really unusable. The shared bathroom, specifically the shower, could use a bigger shelf to store dry clothes and other things.

What was the highlight of Travel Hostel

The location is great.

The location is great. Very convenient. Security was good.

Electricity in the room was all cut off every time I left the room with the key. I needed to switch on the air-con and everything after coming back, which was inconvenient. Moreover, two of the three toilet stalls are too small. The staff were helpful but more smiles would definitely be a plus!

great location

has great location both near taipei main station andnntu hospital station. can also walk to ximending if you want. was clean, has moder facilities and friendly staff!

soundproofing is a bit subpar, you could hear cars from outside and guests from other rooms, luckily, we're situated at 5f, and we almost always get back late in the evening so it wasn't so bad

Highly recommended!

The room was cozy and comfortable. We got a corner room so it was spacious as well. Toiletries are all provided. Would definitely stay there again.

Our room was on the floor for both male and female bathroom. It was a little awkward when you see male in the bathroom( they are cubicles though)

What was the highlight of Travel Hostel

Best location in Taiwan, 24 hour desk, DIY laundry, comfy bed

Location is the best. I traveled with 2 friends staying separately; I had by far the superior location. There are 9 massage parlors on my block, countless restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to main transit station although on first night arrival I took $100 taxi (~$3 USD) as it was dark and I had traveled 24 hours.

Room is so super tiny, I had to move my luggage to open the door. I'm 6'3 and they only have single beds. But beds are comfy and room looks nice even if its smaller than a prison cell (it is larger than those pods people sleep in here). I slept here a week and overall it was worth it due to price and location although I'm enjoying larger beds after leaving Taipei.
